Mr Harish Lingaraj Agadi is a seasoned professional with more than 25 years of experience in the Aerospace and Automobile industries. A mechanical Engineer from SDM Dharwad, Worked 17 years in the UK for industry giants like Airbus and Jaguar Land Rover in both technical and management roles. His contributions have left an indelible mark, evident through his three patented innovations. He is also an entrepreneur and mentors some startups, guiding them towards success. Currently serving as the Associate Director in KLE TECH – CIPD- Center for Innovation and Product Development & Also in IPFC intellectual property facilitation centre. Center supporting Innovative Product Development, Commercialization of IPs and Student and Faculty startups & Encouraging Innovation & entrepreneurship in our Ecosystem

Dr. Arun Sadanand Tigadi, Associate Director at CTIE, Belagavi Campus, is an academic and innovation leader with over 16 years of experience in teaching, research, and entrepreneurship. He has led key initiatives such as the AICTE IDEA Lab (₹1.1 crore) and VGST KFIST-funded labs in IoT and AI. His expertise spans VLSI Design, Embedded Systems, Automotive Electronics, and AI/ML, with 21+ Scopus-indexed publications. He actively mentors startups, fosters industry-academia collaborations, and organizes national-level innovation programs. His collaborative efforts have also contributed to formulating proposals under NAIN 2.0, BioNest, and Karnataka State TBI2.0. A Ph.D. holder in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from VTU, he is a Senior IEEE Member and ISTE Life Member, committed to driving interdisciplinary innovation and experiential learning.

Her expertise includes managing national and international collaborations, business expansion, budget management, marketing strategy development, branding, organizing photoshoots, and product launches. She is also skilled in writing proposals for government funding, managing government grants, managing cohort-based programs, and reviewing startup progress.

Adv. Sujata Laxmeshwar holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate and Commercial Laws with over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry and legal profession. Her areas of expertise include Civil, Corporate, and Commercial Laws, Real Estate, and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). Since 2020, she has been serving as the IP Legal Counsel at KLE Technological University’s Intellectual Property Facilitation Center (IPFC). She plays a pivotal role in drafting policies, agreements, and MOUs, as well as overseeing IP registrations, prosecution, and managing infringement cases. A registered IP Attorney and a recognized IP Mitra under the IP India SIPP scheme, Adv. sujata is an active contributor to key university committees, including the Women Empowerment and Ethical Committees, reflecting her dedication to institutional excellence and governance.

His expertise also includes managing social media, graphic design, event organization, and writing profiles for websites, showcasing his creative and technical expertise.
