Mr. Vivek Pawar An alumni of IIT Kharagpur, Vivek served Texas Instruments India and USA, for 15+ years in various management positions. He then founded Sankalp Semiconductors Pvt Ltd in 2005, and built it to be a world – class organization in chip design and layout with many awards to its credit. Vivek’s vision is to impact millions of entrepreneurs and support them to build world renowned startup.

Mr. Anand Kadakol spent 25 years building fintech businesses in South Asia and Middle East. He is also an author of a bestseller book and now an Organic Farmer by profession. His passion to mentor startup and groom them from grassroot level, is what makes him popular among young entrepreneurs.

Mr. Vinay Koneja is a pioneer in the Bio – Tech Industry having started Navya Biologicals Pvt Ltd back in 2006, he along with his co – founder, successfully built the organization in a niche space. Dr. Ravi Guttal , Director, Ph.D & MBA : Product Innovation, Design and Development, Business Strategy, Product Marketing and Product strategy.

Dr. Ravi Guttal, is a mentor to look forward to especially for startups who are developing hardcore engineering based products. His mentorship has paved way for many startups to excel and get right connect in the market. He is responsible to build products from Campus at KLE Technological University, under Centre for Innovation & Product Development (CIPD). Ravi, passionately drives everything at KLE - CTIE, be it supporting and mentoring startups, to tuning student entrepreneurs, to promoting the centre to the outside world. His hunger to help startup succeed has been recognized in the form of seed support funds for startups through TIDE 2.0 from MeitY and Hubli ESDM Exchange (HEX) in collaboration with GoK, KITS and IESA. He inspires student community through Make in BVB (MiB) and encourages them to organize events to reflect the entrepreneurial mindset in the student community.

Soumya is overall responsible for all startup activity at CTIE. Scheduling Mentoring sessions, networking, supporting startups to build documents and planning workshops to shake up of status quo periodically. She also manages the academic part of CTIE, Minor Program in Entrepreneurship and guides student initiatives. She also coordinates reporting all IIC & ARIIA data of KLE Technological University.

Sanjay, is responsible to manage incubation infrastructure, coordinates student activities, supports IT infrastructure like website and other software development for the Incubation Centre. He manages all official documentation of the centre including DST, TIDE 2.0.
